TYPICAL SESSION and WEIGHT LOSS. logo


The first session is very important in getting to know you as an individual and understanding what changes you want to make.

Typically the first session will last up to 2 hours (anti-smoking a bit longer)

Subsequent sessions last between 45 - 120 minutes, and will start with an assessment both of the progress being made, and areas where further progress is needed.

The client will relax deeply: this state is induced gradually by using a combination of methods such as muscle relaxation, deep breathing, guided imagery and other techniques.

In this relaxed trance state it is possible improve the way you feel, think and behave by drawing on the power of the subconscious mind, making it easier to achieve your goals.

When the session is over you will often be given a hypnotic c.d. which you take home and play each day, to reinforce the effect of the session.

These sessions are available in Birmingham, Worcester, Ledbury and Bromyard.






WEIGHT LOSS, A DIFFERENT APPROACH.

There are many different approaches to weight loss - you probably know them all, so I won't bore you by listing them.
