禚玉嬌，女，漢族，四川人。2009年至2011年在香港財經大學學習企業管理，并獲得碩士學位。自2001年5月以來，先后擔任通威集團財務部經理、通威集團財務總監，董事、通威集團常務副總裁，董事。現任通威集團總裁、董事。
 
Zhuo Yujiao, female, Han ethnic, was born in Sichuan Province. Studied in Hong Kong Finance and Economics College from 2009 to 2011 and got the master degree of Enterprise Management. After join in Tongwei Group, she successively served as the Manager of Finance Dept., CFO and Director, Executive Vice President and Director and now as the President and Director of Tongwei Group.
